It’s a really good hotel with friendly staff, modern facilities, and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet wasn’t the best, but it was okay. I will choose this hotel again next time.

Great but it could be better

The hotel room was clean and modern, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was located in close proximity to the city center, as well as the Vilnius North Flixbus stop, which was very convenient. I stayed on the 6th floor, and even though it wasn't too high up, I still got a beautiful view of the surrounding areas. The only thing that bothered me slightly, was the ridiculous amounts of emails I received from Radisson prior to, and during my stay - I found that digital check-in wasn't a very useful feature, and it didn't really save me any time as it claimed it would. Otherwise I am extremely satisfied with my stay, and Radisson continues to be one of my favorite hotel chains - this hotel was definitely up to the standard I'm used to!

Very good hotel on the other side of the river.

I stayed for a business meeting a few days in July. I got a fair offer for an upgrade that I accepted, and was very happy about my room and the general level of service. The checkin and checkout were very fast and the service to get a taxi was immaculate. I left my room on the 17th floor, waiting for the elevator at 7.12 and was past security at the airport at 7.34, including checkout time, taxi drive and checking in my suitcase. So very convenient and super fast services provided, also thanks to the service level at the hotel. The Skybar is great and should not be missed. The old town is in a bit far walking distance (1 km), but I enjoyed the stroll over and next to the river after long days of meetings. There is a mall next to the hotel with several restaurants and very good views too. Recommended.

Air condition didn't work, or it is not sufficient to cool the room. Unfortunately, you will recognize that in mid night ... and that is too late to start to find a maintenance.

Great visit to Vilnius

I had no experience with Radisson Blu hotels before my stay and I was absolutely delighted. I took an express bus from the airport which had a stop across the street from the hotel. Coming from that direction, the entrance was not intuitive but I quickly was able to find the hotel and make my way to main counter. The room was available and was exactly what I wanted. One great feature is that the room had excellent blackout curtains. At the time of my visit, the skies were bright past 11:00 pm and got bright again around 4:00 am. Good blackout curtains are important for sleeping. The hotel was just north of the old town. It was easy crossing the Neris River and then exploring the city. I arrived on a Saturday when most of the streets were closed so a marathon in honour of the 700th anniversary of Vilnius could be run. While the restaurant in the hotel is excellent, the old town has many restaurants to satisfy your craving. The breakfast buffet was first rate and the breakfast room overlooking the Neris River was quite bright. All in all a great visit!

The times of the Sauna and Jacuzzi are confusing and disappointing. Just have them on! 06:00 - 11, 16:00- 22, is just rubbish. Several days i wanted to use when i had time and it was off/cold.
