Absolutely loved our stay! The property was beautiful, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. The sheets and bedding were especially cozy, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Zion. Everything about our stay was wonderful, and overall, it was an amazing experience. We would definitely stay here again!

I absolutely loved this place. A compact unit that is well kept and comfortable. There is access to a pool and hot tub and two spaces for cars for each unit. I would definitely stay again

Our family of 5 had a blast at this property. The place was super clean, modern, spacious and it was better than expected. Would definitely stay again. The place offered us comforto rest and have fun after a day of hiking and exploring Zion park.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Riv at Zion! The room was modern, clean, and cozy, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We also loved the complimentary gift basket with snacks. It was such a thoughtful touch! The location was great, about a 20-minute drive from Zion National Park, and we really appreciated how quiet and peaceful the area was. The only downside was that the room felt a bit humid even with the AC running. Overall, though, we had a wonderful and comfortable stay and would definitely stay here again!

This property was amazing! Super clean, full kitchen with pots, pans and appliances. We are a family of 5 so my son slept on the Queen pull-out. Management very easy to get a hold of. Pool is somewhat small but does the trick when you want to cool off after a long hike. About 15 minutes from Zion. We will Definitely be back!
