"The owners were very friendly and really helpful. Erdal gave us lots of lots of local information regarding neighbourhood sights to see and good reasonably priced places to eat. He even booked our next hotel in Pamukkale for us at a really good rate. Nazim shuttled us to Ephesus free of charge. The hotel itself is decorated with lots of hand carved furniture and Turkish tile work. Beautiiful! The chef/chambermaid is so sweet and friendly. "

There were lots of shops and dining options within a few minutes walk of the hotel and the location felt very safe, even at night. "Some Staff were rude ,UNWELCOMING and careless👎, never apologized for their mistakes. We missed our Turkish dinner because of their booking error — no apology, no compensation. Reception didn’t even mention we could pay for early check-in until hours later. Most staff barely speak English and act annoyed when you ask anything. Buffet was the same dull food every day. Dirty plates, greasy reused cups at the bar — disgusting. For the price, this place is a joke. Definitely not worth it.👎👎👎"
