"Food and drinks were over priced. The quality of the food did not support the high cost. No music or entertainment to bring people to the pool area. It’s not as much a resort but a glorified hotel room. Ver low key and boring. Won’t be back. "

"One of my favorite vacation rentals of all time! The suite is spacious with a beautiful ocean view from the 2 huge decks. The pool is a short walk from the unit and one of my favorite parts of our stay. The beach is a 5 minute walk down the hill, close enough that we went a couple of times each day. Restaurants in the area, grocery store is a short cab ride. Oscar arranged our transportation to and from the airport and the driver stopped at a grocery store so we could get groceries for our stay. I hope to come back many times. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this bright, beautiful condo. The view was incredible, the lap pool was a good size and it was never difficult finding a lounge chair poolside. The kitchen was well-stocked. All the bedrooms were comfortable and the size of the main area was more than adequate for three couples. Minor maintenance issues were dealt with in a timely manner. Emir was available to answer questions and to arrange for anything we needed.Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your peaceful retreat. "

"This condo is in an excellent location with a gorgeous view, 3 minute walk to beach, restaurants. Bed was comfy, lots of pillows. Unfortunately top open floor concept got very hot in the afternoon, so hard to enjoy this lovely patio in those times. Bedroom is spacious with a/c."

"We have been going to Zihua for more than 20 years and Rashids place was amazing. One of the best we've stayed at. The view was amazing and the amenities were second to none. The location is on the southern most part of Playa La Ropa, nestled away in the trees. We woke up to wonderful bird calls and good hear the waves from the location. Rashid has excellent local help with Fredy and Jacquie. Fredy went beyond our expectations, doing an amazing pre-shop for groceries before we arrived. We were picked up at the airport with a prearranged ride, complete with cold beers for purchase. We love to take the scenic ride from the airport to Playa Ropa, and the driver obliged. Rashid's place was stocked with everything we could've used. Loved the large table out on the veranda where we played lots of games. The kitchen was completely functional, and allowed us to make a few great breakfasts. Couldn't have asked for a better place and caring host."
