"One of my favorite vacation rentals of all time! The suite is spacious with a beautiful ocean view from the 2 huge decks. The pool is a short walk from the unit and one of my favorite parts of our stay. The beach is a 5 minute walk down the hill, close enough that we went a couple of times each day. Restaurants in the area, grocery store is a short cab ride. Oscar arranged our transportation to and from the airport and the driver stopped at a grocery store so we could get groceries for our stay. I hope to come back many times. "

"Great location right on the beach , staff are nice people for the most part . Rooms are clean . One downside was that there was no fridge in any of the rooms which was a minor inconvenience. "

"no usamos el Spa, el aire acondidionado en las abitaciones fue excelente, todo el personal fue demasiado amables con una super atencion , muy muy recomendado, solo lews falta un poco de amenidades, como musica en vivo ( de 3 noches que estruvimos solo 1 tuvimos musica en vivo en el restaurante. .nos dijeron que habia clase de masaje y no nos la proporcionaron porque se cancelo y los otros dias no habia disponible. "This condo is in an excellent location with a gorgeous view, 3 minute walk to beach, restaurants. Bed was comfy, lots of pillows. Unfortunately top open floor concept got very hot in the afternoon, so hard to enjoy this lovely patio in those times. Bedroom is spacious with a/c."

"We have been going to Zihua for more than 20 years and Rashids place was amazing. One of the best we've stayed at. The view was amazing and the amenities were second to none. The location is on the southern most part of Playa La Ropa, nestled away in the trees. We woke up to wonderful bird calls and good hear the waves from the location. Rashid has excellent local help with Fredy and Jacquie. Fredy went beyond our expectations, doing an amazing pre-shop for groceries before we arrived. We were picked up at the airport with a prearranged ride, complete with cold beers for purchase. We love to take the scenic ride from the airport to Playa Ropa, and the driver obliged. Rashid's place was stocked with everything we could've used. Loved the large table out on the veranda where we played lots of games. The kitchen was completely functional, and allowed us to make a few great breakfasts. Couldn't have asked for a better place and caring host."

"Absolutely perfect for us ,the house was very spacious,clean and well stocked.Grandkids loved the pool and the view of the ocean by day and lights at night were my favorite. I hope to make it back again soon"
