Checking in was a breeze, and the hosts had the room prepped early, had bikes for us to use, made ice, and left chocolate for us. They even allowed us to reschedule our original rental immediately after we asked. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect Beach Vacation Spot

This is a great spot for a beach getaway. The room is equipped with everything you could need. It’s clean and comfortable. Being steps from the beach and parking was so convenient. You are at a quieter end of the beach but still in walking distance of everything you could need. We had an amazing stay and would definitely book again. The hosts are communicative and so kind!

Clean and a perfect location!

This studio was exactly as described. It was clean, smelled fresh, and had all the basic amenities. Just steps from the ocean (felt like a private beach) and very close to the well kept pool. The location was ideal…a little more on the private section of the boardwalk but very, very reachable to the hustle and bustle of a tourist dream. We went to some recommended restaurants and were very much in agreement with the quality. Highly recommend this one!

The studio apartment was perfect for the 2 of us. The owners were terrific to communicate with. Everything was within walking or cycling distance (which bikes were included with the apartment). Or if you preferred, a trolley was available with cheap prices. The ocean was right there. I would highly recommend for your stay at Virginia Beach.

This property was very clean and well kept on the I side. The pool was also very nice at all times of the day. I only wish the outside of the building had a little TLC. Though our studio was very nice, the outside of the building could use a little love. Over all we had a great stay. The only thing the could make it a bit better would be an extra mattress topper on the sofa bed. Communication with the owner was Excellent.

In the photo it looks like you open the door and are basically on the sand...that isn't this unit! On a positive note our section of the beach wasn't crowded which was nice. The pool is heated and has good hours. The hosts have quick communication.

You def. made use of every inch of the room. Every thing that we needed was there. Bed very comfortable. Location was very nice. Quiet. Owners were always available for questions or concerns. Stephanie (one of the cleaners/maintenance) was very friendly. Love that area of Virginia. Seems to have nice neighborhoods and a variety of retail stores. We watched numerous dolphins which really made our trip complete!

We have been searching for the best way to take a beach vacation and THIS was it! Located at the north end of boardwalk, it was quiet and out of the way but still walking (or bicycling-included!)distance from resturants and other attractions. The space was small, as advertised and expected, but plenty of room for our needs. Everything was clean, fresh linens, and homey touches. The kitchen has a nearly full size fridge. The stove/oven were on the small side, but it was so helpful to be able fix our own breakfasts, lunches, and even dinner a night or two. The kids were pleased with the TV options! The pool was clean and fun with nice seating for us parents. THE BEACH!...is just feet away. My husband very much enjoyed his morning coffee and the sunrise each day. The beach was not crowded and there were folding chairs for us to use (that will save us packing room next time) Host was there to fix AC on another unit after our neighbors checked out...very prompt to fix the issue, friendly to chat with, but also gave us space too. Over-all this was the best beach vacation our family has had. Would LOVE to stay here again!
