"Hotel itself was great. Room was clean. Location cant be beat. Staff were very friendly. The only reason i rated it less than perfect had NOTHING to do with the hotel. Cannot stress enough—-the hotel was terrific! Heads up to travelers. The town of Portosin is nearly dead in the off season. The town (and many others in the area such as Porto Do Son) need to figure year-round activities to encourage ongoing tourism. Cooked to order eggs. The eggs were perfectly prepared. Dinner in the Michelin rated restaurant was memorable. The scallops and oysters were the best I’ve ever had. I hope to return to this excellent hotel and spa."

"It was my first time in spain and for someone that doesn’t really speak fluent spanish the staff was very helpful. The taxi service they call is fast and they let us keep our bags in storage for our last day even though we checked out at 12pm our train to madrid wasn’t until 8pm so we were able to walk around without bringing the luggage everywhere"

"This apartment was such a god send after 4 days of hiking the camino and in 35 degree weather as well. We booked the day before because we absolutely wanted a place with air conditioning and this place was perfect!! The staff was also incredibly accommodating by letting us check in 2 hours early so we could get out of the midday sun and temperatures, which we are incredibly thankful for. The room was perfectly clean and came with little snacks, tea, and water, which was very thoughtful. The beds were very comfortable (especially after staying in hostels/albergues) and it was super convenient not to need a travel adapter for the outlet since they have USB and USB-C ports for you to directly use. Do be warned, it is a little small but there’s enough room for bags/luggage and for you to walk around and that’s all you need for a stay that is otherwise perfect!"

"I had a wonderful night contemplating my Camino de Santiago. The staff could not have been more helpful, I was there on the feast of San Juan, so some things were closed, but mostly everything was open! The front desk staff went out of their way to make sure that I knew places I could eat with Celiac disease. I wish I had more time there!"
