The north of Vis-Stadt, idyllic in a small bay directly on the crystal clear sea small holiday complex consists of 3 separate holiday homes for 2-6 persons, each with its own terrace and barbecue. House 1 offers a spacious living, kitchen and dining area with a sofa bed for 2 people, 2 separate double bedrooms and a bathroom. House 2 has a living room with sofa bed for 1 person, a separate bedroom with double and single bed and a bathroom. The slightly recessed house 3 offers a kitchen with sofa bed for 1 person, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. All 3 cottages are air-conditioned and have satellite TV. A large shaded parking lot and boat trailer parking is available. Even larger groups can be accommodated so especially in the pre and post season. There is plenty of space for socializing together.
The Mediterranean garden with cactus, palm trees and fruit and vegetable plants offers many shady spots to linger. Boat owners will enjoy the mooring directly at the cottage. It is only a 20-minute walk to Vis City or 2-3 minutes by car. Pets are not allowed. The hiking and cycling opportunities in the area are varied. The cottages are available in the summer montan from Easter to the end of October. A selection of good restaurants, cafes, taverns is located in Vis 2km away. There are also agencies that offer trips to the neighboring island Bisevo as well as canoe trips and boat trips of all kinds. Also shops, doctors, pharmacies and post office are located in Vis.
The island of Vis is located far off Split in the Adriatic Sea and can be reached by car ferry or catamaran from Split in about 2 hours. Due to the isolated situation and the ban on foreigners entering Yugoslavia, Vis has remained very original. Tourism began to develop here only in the early 90s of the last century.
