"Staff was very helpful,restaurant service was very fast and the bed was very comfortable. I could have given them 5 stars but the bathroom was not impressive. The shower floor edges appeared not clean and mats looked so dirty. Javex could have done the magic to to restore white and clean color of the mat."

"5 stars as this hotel is so convenient and the people are EXCELLENT ! Each one of the staff knows what top class customer service is all about ! If I can suggest one thing -----> The Lounge food and beverage DEFINITELY needs improvement. The selection is too small... It falls short compared to the other hotel loungers we experienced. Also very IMPORTANT is to at least remind the guest that the breakfast downstairs at Feria is separate and for additional pay and not the same as the breakfast in the Lounge."

"Great place to stay, my room wasnt readycl when first arrived, then I had to switch rooms twice due the paint fumes, I asked them well in advance for a room with access to the swim up bar but it fell on deaf ears. Overall it was a good place but -1 star because every time I had a guest come i had to go to reception to sign them in and all the employees would gather around us like we doing something wrong, it was very awkward..."

"We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the place was beautiful, and there were lots of amenities and activities to enjoy. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast, excellent service, 😊 Special thanks to Mr. Johnny Jontilano and the staff for taking great care of us and assisting us during breakfast. Your kindness and wonderful service made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
