"15 minutos de espera en recepción. Cuando apareció el empleado ni siquiera una disculpa (creemos que venia de cenar). Pedimos (y pagamos más cara) habitación con cama de matrimonio pero nos dieron habitación con dos camas. La habitación y el baño bastante sucios. La calefacción no funcionaba. Y el desayuno mejor no hablar, desde alimentos congelados, duros, café horroroso, poca variedad, pero eso si, zumo de naranja natural que te tenias que hacer tu mismo."

We happened to arrive on the hottest day of the year and discovered there was no air-conditioning (pas de climatisation). Other than that inconvenience, everything was fine.
