"Breakfast had a nice variety of choices. The rooms were clean, and the hotel smelled nice. Ms. Nadia checked us in, and her disposition was very welcoming. We are actually booking a future reservation. The hotel is less than 10 min from the airport, and Walmart is just minutes down the road."

"This hotel was the worst experience I had in a long time, first the lady working at the front desk had the worst attitude, second the hotel was dirty and not well kept. Breakfast was not the best, I have stayed at other hotels that have continental breakfast and it’s more than just waffles and cereal. Tables were dirty and trash can was overflowing throughout the morning. The lady that cleaned our room was very polite. However, the rooms were very outdated and the phone didn’t even work. I normally don’t even spend time rating my stays but this one I did because we felt discriminated since we got there, the front desk lady mention to us 4 times that she wouldn’t have a room before 2pm. To which we had said that we understood and could wait since we called to request the shuttle from RDU. She continue to instruct not mention that we knew that was a non smoking room so we should not be smoking, and then she said and make sure you don’t damage the room. To which I answered because, I don’t think you say that to every customer that goes to the front desk. I asked her did we look like we were going to do any of those things. I later over heard her with another transaction and she didn’t say any of those statements. I called today because we checked out on Monday the 11th which is a week today and my deposit is not in my account. When I said my name and was going to explain she whispered “oh my God” and when I asked what she said, she said she was talking to another person."

"Kitchen staff was very nice, Grits were excellent. room was clean but found things in the floor from previous guess like hair pens and hair in shower etc. TV in bedroom did not work. Tech. never came but was compensated by front desk. over all I will stay again and advise friends and family."

"The staff were rude. Especially the front desk staff Neil. Every other day they had no clean towels and breakfast coffee wasn’t always hot! No continental breakfast but they had a setup to provide breakfast! Front desk staff never dressed professionally."
