"Broken A/C July 9th. Had to find hotel at 11 pm. However, reimbursement was immediate. Grateful!"

"It was a great. We had friendly neighbors. I would stay again for sure."

"The cabin has a good location to access the water; however, it is poorly maintained. Upon arrival, we noticed the chairs and tables outside were covered with dust and bird poo. We cannot close the door very well and we had to fix it. There was no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner provided. What is even worse, we didn’t dare to use the microwave or coffee maker because they look dirty. The refrigerator is also dirty."

"Nice location, Clean & cozy."

"The room was absolutely perfect for a short trip to Caddo Lake. Two beds, shower/toilet, AC, parking, TV with roku, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, and easy access to everything around the lake. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the AC kept us cool the entire stay. My only complaint is that the showerhead was too powerful, and the water goes everywhere in the bathroom. There is peeling on the floor."

"Perfect cabin for couples weekend getaway"

"As far as the cleanliness, I feel like the room should’ve been cleaned when we arrived yet the beds were not made. They still had dirty blankets and the room itself was not real clean, but it wasn’t horrible either I love this place. I will say that I would definitely go back many more times it’s a cabin so it’s to be expected that it’s not going to be 100%. I just felt like when we arrived the bed should’ve been made with clean blankets and all rather than having to ask someone to come and do...

"This was my husband and I first time to caddo lake and we love to fish and this place was perfect. We didn't have any problems but there were some young kids utilizing the boat dock and was playing loud music and not respectful that we were in the house oat trying to...
