The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the staff cleaned everyday and provided clean towels everyday. The place is family run and both wife and husband are courteous. They are very helpful in suggesting what activities to do to.make your experience amazing. Her breakfast was so good. I recommend this place and will visit again.

If you want a clean, comfortable room, lovely fresh breakfast in the morning and very friendly, helpful hosts, this is the place to stay. It's not a 5 star luxury hotel, but it's excellent value for money, and we had a great time here.

La struttura è essenziale ma molto accogliente, perfetta per chi cerca un’atmosfera intima e rilassata. La nostra stanza era pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. I due proprietari sono stati estremamente cordiali e disponibili, facendoci sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. La loro ospitalità è stata uno degli aspetti che più abbiamo apprezzato, tanto che abbiamo già deciso di tornare qui in futuro. Piccolo hotel molto carino, camere pulitissime e con balcone, colazione ricca e varia con piatti dolci o salati e anche fatti sul momento, parcheggio gratuito e possibilità di mangiare presso il loro ristorante (uno dei migliori di tutta l'Albania!). I titolari sono molto disponibili e sempre pronti ad aiutare e dare indicazioni. La spiaggia si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dall'Hotel.

Spacious rooms, kind staff and coolest owner

Nika was beautiful and the owner super nice, kind, relaxed and flexible. We had some troubles and had to not go as planned first, which meant changes to our reservation and the owner made everything super easy and nice for us. Unfortunately I have to admit that I was grumpy in the morning and the staff had to go through that but they kept cool and kind and I too was able to come out from my morning grumbiness after a while. Room was spacious and clean and beautiful, walking distance from everything. Breakfast was simple and good and we enjoyed the coffee a lot. We would definitely stay again here!

Buono il pernotto ma ristorante non per italiani

Ho soggiornato assieme a mio padre per una sola notte a settembre 2018. PREGI: pulizia; parcheggio privato; wifi; buona colazione con pietanze a richiesta anche se l'avrei preferita a buffet; parcheggio privato. DIFETTI: Ho pagato una tripla ma sapendo che eravamo in due, ci è stata data una doppia(ho sbagliato a non pretender il cambio, ma ho utilizzato una notte Rewards e tra l'altro, me ne sono accorta solo a sera tarda ricontrollando la prenotazione fatta mesi prima); la cosa che però mi ha lasciato l'amaro in bocca è stato che ho chiesto se fosse possibile cenare da loro, viste le ottime recensioni, ma la signora mi ha risposto che il cuoco non c'era e per questo il ristorante era chiuso. Ho provato ad insistere ma mi ha risposto che gli italiani sono troppo esigenti e per non ricevere recensioni negative, avrebbe preferito non prepararci nulla. Purtroppo quando siamo usciti dalla stanza per andar a cercare un ristorante, abbiamo costatato che ad altri 4 ospiti stavano servendo la cena! Il giorno seguente, per trasparenza nelle recensione che avrei poi scritto al mio ritorno a casa(e dopo aver sbollito), ho comunicato il mio disappunto alla titolare la quale mi ha risposto che avrei potuto dirle che cosa desideravo mangiare e in base a quello mi avrebbe detto se ce ne faceva oppure no(facile dirlo il giorno dopo)! Forse abbiamo mentalità diverse, ma secondo me, chi vuole un cliente, cerca di proporre delle alternative più che invitarci ad andare altrove perché italiani!
