Funcionários educados, atenciosos e disponíveis! Roupa de cama (lençóis) de qualidade e limpos, porém, os cobertores estavam muito usados e a roupa de banho é de baixíssima qualidade. A estrutura do hotel é ruim e os quartos são desconfortáveis. Por mais que a equipe proceda a limpeza diária, não será suficiente porque as estruturas parecem encardidas.

Não tinha vaga no hotel que reservei, fui encaminhado para um anexo, comum quarto ruim, estilo hostel ( nada contra hostel), reclamei e me colocaram num quarto um pouco melhor, mas acabei dormindo no beliche pois o colchão era muito duro. Parece que o hotel está mudando seu público para empresas, por isso os beliches. Enfim, nada de grave, foi só uma noite.

Estadia decepcionante, hotel sem manutenção básica, colocaram-nos num quarto inabitável, cheio de formigas, com o frigobar num estado deplorável e ar condicionado não funcionava. Trocamos de quarto depois de reclamarmos, mas, ainda assim, não era condizente com o valor pago. O café da manhã tinha pão dormido, presunto estragado. Infelizmente, o hotel precisa melhorar muito para ficar ruim.
