"The room was dirty, the hallways were dirty, the staff was not interested at all to provide a pleasant customer experience. A stunning example is that staff took the elevator before us to transport dirty dishes. The breakfast was extremely messy with empty coffee machines, broken juice machines, empty yoghurt, other products. We had to find our own cuttlery and the staff was generally completely overwhelmed. For nearly 500 euro’s per night the quality was far, far from what is to be expected at those prices. The spa looked good but it was so crowded we decided not to go. The gym is equiped very well but the machines were, surprise- dirty. Really a shame because the venue is fantastic, but clearly very poorly managed"

"Helpful staff, well organised. Bed was comfortable and convenient. If you're looking for a bed for the night or two, it's an ideal stop off. Not a place to stay in the room, as rooms are small and condition of property is a bit worn, but for our trip, it was ideal and for the price paid, expected."

"We booked this room to escape the New Years Eve fireworks with our dogs - and it was perfect! The hotel was completely soundproof, and very easy to get to from the highway, with lots of parking. The room was very comfortable, and not cramped at all. The mattress was one of the best hotel mattresses we have slept on, with comfortable pillows as well (and extra pillow options at the front desk too!). We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food was very good (amazing goat cheese crostini), so that was a super bonus. All around, it was a perfect choice for what we needed."

"We were not happy with this stay. There was dirty laundry in the basement. Bathroom is one floor down from main floor. Rooms are two floors up (person on top floor has to go down thee flights to go to bathroom.Listing states towels are provided (we were eight people). Ok day of arrival I received a message stating that we needed our own towels. I would not stay here again. The place needs refurbishing"
