I would not rate our room as a 3 star experience. The room was clean, but the door of the fridge cupboard was broken, and the bathroom ventilator was not working, so water in the bathroom did not clear quickly. The shower was a wet-room, so everything in the bathroom got wet when you had a shower. The hotel needs to have a proper system of drying the bathroom after taking a shower. The cleaners were very nice and polite, but they couldn't understand the problems very well. Also, was it really necessary to change all the sheets and towels every day? It's an extravagant use of water and energy. The room itself was not adequate for a 3 star rating: no proper table and chair, and poor storage facilities for clothes. OK for one night but not for a week. There was no evidence of a Spa, and the swimming pool was out of action for most of the time and only at weekends. It shouldn't be on the facilities. Is it really necessary to have such awful music going on in the hotel all the time? Some guests prefer no music at all. Boom-boom-boom Eurovision-style pop is horrible. Also Bulgaria needs to improve its non-smoking arrangements. That is a national problem that needs to be addressed.
