The villa features a large, fenced-in and meticulously maintained garden with a private swimming pool, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing family holiday. The villa can accommodate up to eight people in four comfortably furnished bedrooms.



The ground floor features a cosy and spacious living room with a fireplace, which is connected to the kitchen and dining area, as well as a bathroom. On the ground floor, you’ll also find your own sauna, which invites you to relax in peace and privacy. The upper floor comprises the four bedrooms – three with a double bed and one with two single beds – as well as three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, as well as access to the covered terrace, the ideal spot for your morning coffee.



From the ground floor, you have direct access to the large, meticulously maintained garden with a private pool and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue. Whether you simply want to relax on one of the sun loungers or enjoy freshly prepared barbecue dishes whilst your children play safely nearby, this villa offers it all.

Marasi is a small village, 15 km from Poreč. Shops and restaurants are just a few kilometres from the villa. The Lim Bay Nature Reserve is a famous shellfish and fish farm, as well as a popular spot for free-climbing enthusiasts. There are also plenty of other options for an active holiday. If you enjoy hiking, cycling and horse riding, the stunning countryside awaits you.



Poreč is Istria’s tourist hotspot, boasting a rich cultural heritage. Relax on one of the beautiful beaches or visit some of the museums, galleries and historic town palaces. We recommend exploring Poreč’s historical treasures, such as the breathtaking Euphrasian Basilica (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). The basilica was built in the 6th century and is considered one of the most beautiful works of art in the world.
