"Worst experience in my life! Currently being held hostage in their parking deck!"

"No breakfast. Had problems with my reservation through Expedia. Had to switch rooms due to swampy wet smells. Luckily they didn't charge me for parking or the smoke alarm going off. The location although near midtown isn't quite as walkable as I hoped and the surrounding traffic is dense."

"This is a very nice hotel in Midtown Atlanta. The Room, breakfast and location are all good. There are a couple of things that you should know. There is a $50 mandatory extra valet parking fee that was not disclosed until after the non refundable reservation on Expedia was made. Also the lobby is on the top, ie 20th floor and you have to have a room key to opérate the elevator so these were a bit inconvenient in unloading a vehicle."
