The Sofia Suite is located on the 2nd floor of the Grumpy Old Men Condominiums, in the heart of downtown Wabasha. This space is steps from local restaurants, the well-known Eagle Center, and the Mississippi River front. Soak in the jacuzzi tub while enjoying your favorite movie/show. This quiet space is great for a romantic get away. Coffee Mill ski area and 2 marinas are close by as well. Note: you will be climbing a set of stairs to the second floor, as we do not have an elevator.

Wabasha Wedding Weekend

The condo was exactly like the pictures. It had everything we needed and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location right on Main street was in walking distance to everything...restaurants, a brewery, shops and the National Eagle Center. We will definitely here again. It was perfect!

The property was as advertised - a quiet getaway in downtown Wabasha. The space was clean, well-equipped, and suitable for all of our needs. Ann was very easy to work with. We would stay here again.

Lovely, Quiet time away

Had a wonderful weekend away at this well-kept, lovely little apartment in Wabasha. My wife commented that the bed was one of the comfiest bed she's slept on in her travels. Overall, we enjoyed our time, and we even got to meet the neighbor cat who helped himself to our room on our arrival! (He was fine with being carried out.) We'll definitely try to stay here again in the future.

Great unit, very clean, close to restaurants and activities.

Great unit that has been kept very clean. Large television with multiple streaming services, fast internet, very comfortable bed. A/C unit kept us nice and cool. Loved the location for hiking at State Parks and visiting the National Eagle Center. Loved the Chinese restaurant Fresh Wok just a few doors down. Relaxing stay and would consider returning!

Short weekend getaway

My wife and I decided to head somewhere not too far for a relaxing weekend getaway. We found this cute little condo in the heart of Waubasha and absolutely fell in love with the area. Walking distance to the Eagle Museum and conservatory, many good restaurants and the river and wild Eagles are within walking distance as well. We will certainly return in the warmer summer months. Thanks to Ann for a fantastic condo which was a perfect place to relax after a day out and about.

Our stay was fantastic! The place was very comfortable (the bed especially!) and was in the perfect location. Wabasha is such a quiet and quaint community filled with very friendly people…even the neighbors in the building welcomed me and hoped our stay was perfect. Our host recommended various places to eat and hints on how to get free treats (that was fun!) I would definitely love to come back to this nice little town- and definitely would consider staying here again!

The host was great. Very clear instructions and quick replies when I had questions. The condo itself is super clean and nicely decorated. The location is also great. It's right in the heart of downtown and is walkable to multiple shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place.

Last minute trip to Grumpy Fest

We decided on Wednesday night to go to Grumpy fest. I didn't want to stay in the hotel if possible wanted to be closer to Downtown. Checked vrbo and this was available. It was great, within walking distance of all the activities. Great condo and we even met some of . the neighbors

Cozy Weekend Getaway

My wife and I chose this cute condo for our romantic Valentine’s day getaway weekend in Wabasha.The location is great; right downtown on main street between the Mississippi bridge overpass and the Eagle Center. Everything we needed was easy walking distance including an Irish pub right across the street and two other restaurants just a few steps down the street.The unit, which looks to be recently refurbished, is a 2nd floor condo above a mainstreet storefront with a hot tub and gas fireplace in the living room, a well stocked kitchen area, and a cozy bedroom alcove. It was quiet and clean, and the hosts were very responsive.Made for a great romantic getaway weekend!
