"We always stay at this hotel when in town. Things seem better, since we visited last around August of 2025. Not major complaints but it would be nice if there were more seating at the pool and if there were knobs on the refrigerators in the rooms. The refrigerator didn’t seem cold in our and the lady at the front desk immediately switched our room. All of the staff were so nice and friendly. "We were there 2 nights. We immediately noticed our room was dank, beyond moisture and smelled. The front desk immediately changed our room. This is why I rated staff higher. The second room was the same, as well, I assume most of the hotel was humid since they had dehumidifiers in the hallway. Even wet floor signs had to be put out on the tile. The conditions in that room was a breeding ground for bacteria and the sheets felt like we were sleeping in slime. The smell from the wet carpet was...

"Terrible"

"The room was perfectly clean. I absolutely loved the 2 comfy chairs with the coffee table as opposed to most places having a big table and one chair thats more like a desk chair if you are lucky. The only problem I seriously recommend being fixed is the mattress and pillows. The mattress was so hard that we thought we were laying on box springs instead of a mattress. It was more like laying on the floor on a folded comforter than laying on a bed. We would absolutely stay again if you bought new...
