"It’s very convenient from Pudong airport. We had an overnight layover. I booked the hotel but was worried about the walk there. It’s super close and only took about 5-10 minutes to walk there. All enclosed and easy to find. We got the breakfast included and it was very good."

"The best thing going for this property is its location. The rooms were not particularly clean and staff and housekeeping seem disorganized. We would return to our room with missing floor mat for the washroom or dirty towels. Of the 4 nts at least 2 our room was not cleaned until late afternoon. Breakfast is pretty good but the tables were often dirty and there is often lack of glasses or mugs for drinks. The elevator is a major issue in the morning and evening when guests are checking in and out."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Everything was beautiful, comfortable, and well organized. The atmosphere was lovely, and I felt very welcome throughout my stay. It was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend!"
