Large contemporary home with wrap around deck and great views of School Section Lake. Access to lake is available via public access. Enjoy great views of the lake while being secluded on your own 40 private acres of land with trails for walking or riding your ORV. Ride right out your driveway to ORV trails for miles of fun. Bring kayaks or your favorite water sports toys to enjoy School Section Lake, an all-sports lake. Build a warm campfire in the evening and roast some marshmallows while the day turns to night. You won't run out of things to do at this secluded 40-acre property with everything you need to feel right at home.

Please note there is a max of 2 dogs allowed with a $99.00 per pet fee.
