Unwind with a glass of wine in our recently remodeled 2 bedroom/1 bath 1900’s charming bungalow house, which accommodates up to 4 guests. Cook to your heart’s desire in the equipped kitchen. Enjoy dinner in the dining area, a cup of coffee in the breakfast nook, watch a movie, or read a book in the spacious living room. Relax in the private back yard on the back patio & wind down at night under the stars with a backyard campfire (note: fire pit available seasonally; not available during no-burn season due to fire risk). This home was remodeled with sustainability in mind: from reuse of historic materials during the remodel; to the environmentally-rated kitchen appliances; sustainable paper products & soft & comfortable bamboo sheets on the bed. A lot of love and energy went into making it a magical place to call home. Take the time to slow down, enjoy small town charm and taste a glass of spectacular Washington wine.

• Open kitchen design with sliding barn door to close off space from living & dining areas.
• Fully equipped to cook and prepare meals.
• Breakfast nook with table looks out to the backyard; window AC unit for complete comfort.
• Newer appliances from the remodel in 2021.

• Spacious living room with comfortable couch that seats 3 & a rotating sofa seat that is perfect to cozy up and read a book on.
• Large Smart TV to connect your favorite apps, such as Netlifx, Hulu, AppleTV, etc.
• Large window overlooking the shaded front yard.
• Large dining table seats up to 5.
• Large hutch holds beverage & wine glasses.
• Central, forced air heat for the cooler Fall and Winter months with easy to use thermostat located in the dining area.

• Fully fenced yard with an outdoor lounge set on the patio.
• Seasonal fire pit is available for spending an evening roasting marshmallows and telling stories (not available during no-burn months).
• (When available seasonally): Seasonal fresh fruit & vegetables available from the cherry, apple & pear trees, & vegetable garden.
~ ~ Parking ~ ~
• Driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles, size dependent.
• Additional street parking is available on the •opposite side• of the street.

-Signed Guest Renter Agreement required to finalize all bookings.
-No pets allowed.
-No smoking or vaping inside, or around the property, including back yard.
-Maximum occupancy of property: 4 guests, including any and all adults, children & infants.
-NOTE: This home is not suitable for children as child proofing or child safety measures are not in place.
-Guests to follow Walla Walla County mandated "burn-bans"; Guests to not leave any fire unattended at any time.
-Guests to follow Walla Walla quiet hours: 9pm-8am (Sunday thru Thursday) & 10pm-8am (Friday & Saturday).
