"We didn’t need to use the laundry area but it was very handy and opened 24 hours a fay if we needed to. Restaurants, shops, stores were all close by. It made our long weekend with my dad so much easier. "

"There was nothing to like!!! Smoking room...no ashtray, no trash can and no toilet paper. Went to ask for it, however, the man behind the desk was more interested in booking more rooms, than waiting on a already checked in customer. I retrieved what I needed from my car. Internet was shaky. Television went out. Horrible!!! I should get a refund."

"Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, however the room was where I had my issues. The fan & heat bulb in the bathroom both sounded like they were going to explode as soon as I switched them on, and there was absolutely NO hot water, so we were forced to take cold showers. We also both woke up with red bites on our ankles and arms. The “breakfast” provided was just two types of pre-packaged muffins and water bottles. "

"Remodeling of rooms, so lots of crew moving materials and working just a few doors from my room. Despite this, no noises disturbed my stay. Room was clean and comfortable and staff were helpful!"

"The room smelled as if there was mold issue and sure enough, the bathroom was full of mold around the bathtub. The walls were filthy especially around the door. The final straw was a roach crawling across the wall. Thankfully, the front staff worker was very helpful and empathic. Our money was refunded and we fled."

"Our room had trash in the bathroom trash and the shower was dirty. The morning breakfast was terrible because the staff didn’t know how to mix the eggs properly (scrambled eggs were super grainy) or mix the waffle batter so the mix was either too thick to come through the tube or too thin and would cause undercooked waffles. Staff was also rude upon arrival and was okay on checkout. I was there due to a family member being in the hospital and I couldn’t leave early because the hotel said hotels.com would need to cancel my stay, hotels.com said it was up to the property, the hotel staff said hotels.com are liars and never use them. It was back and forth and too much to deal with as I had a family member on their death bed. Overall terrible stay, not happy with the staff, the hotel, or hotels.com. 10/10 would not recommend "
