Das Zimmer war gut. Die Aussicht auf den Strand bzw. das Meer hervorragend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbüffet war hervorragend. Anschließend konnte man noch in der Bar Loung entspannen und ein Buch lesen, sowie den Schiffen am Vorbeiziehen zuschauen. Ich wäre gerne länger geblieben.

Hotel, Verpflegung und Service sind nachwievor gut - so wie wir das hier kennen. Leider waren im Saunabereich der Eisbrunnen und die Schwalldusche außer Betrieb, die wir sonst immer gerne nutzen. Gewöhnungsbedürftig finden wir die Einschränkungen bei der Zimmerreinigung, was allerdings mittlerweile in vielen Hotels Usus ist. Trotzdem wäre es gerade bei einem Nordsee-hotel doch angebracht, dass 1x täglich durchgesaugt wird. Da nützt es auch wenig, wenn ein Besen im Zimmer vorhanden ist.

Schönes, komfortables Hotel - etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aussicht aus den entsprechenden Zimmern und dem Restaurant/Frühstücksraum sowie der Bar und dem Aufenthaltsraum ist fantastisch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zugewandt. Gerade im Wellnessbereich wünscht man sich aber manchmal einen etwas genaueren auf die Einrichtung.

Ich habe mich für dieses Hotel entschieden, weil es einen Pool und eine Sauna hat. Ca. eine Woche vor Reiseantritt habe ich nachgefragt, ob beides geöffnet ist. Ja. Na prima, voller Vorfreude habe ich gebucht. Am Ankunftstag durfte ich dann auf einem Infozettel lesen, dass der Pool wegen einer Wartung geschlossen hat. Das wurde mir nicht gesagt, darüber wurde per Zettel informiert. Am nächsten Tag konnte ich die Cheffin der Rezeption sprechen, die sich nicht entschuldigte sondern auf die jährliche Wartung verwies.(Eine Wartung passiert vermutlich nicht von einem auf den anderen Tag. Hätte man mir also eine Woche vorher sagen können.) ICH musste dann fragen, wie der Wegfall wieder gutgemacht wird. Ja, es gäbe einen Gutschein für das öffentliche Schwimmbad (Oase). Dort sagte man mir, dass ich nur das Schwimmbad nutzen könnte aber nicht die Sauna. Da soll sich doch mal jede Mitarbeiterin und jeder Mitarbeiter des Hotels fragen, wenn er selber in den Urlaub fährt und die Kombi Pool und Sauna mitbucht, sie bzw er dann freundlich abnickt, wenn die Nutzung der Kombi nicht möglich ist. Nichts Wellness .... Das Zimmer in der dritten Etage bekam ich auch erst am Folgetag. Dass die Heizung gluckerte und der Duschkopf spakig ist, hab ich dann gar nicht mehr gesagt. Ich hätte mir eine aufrichtige Kommunikation gewünscht. Eine Entschuldigung und eine Wiedergutmachung/Ersatzleistung die dem, was mir verwehrt war, entsprochen hätte. Frühstück, Zimmer, Sauberkeit ansonsten o.k.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind spontan mit Hund angereist und haben ein geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon zur Landseite erhalten. Diese Zimmer werden für Aufenthalte mit Hund freigegeben. Frühstück und Teezeit sind sehr angenehm. Die Aussicht auf den Strand von der Lounge und dem Restaurant aus ist sehr entschleunigend :-)

Das Hotel hat eine wunderbaren Blick auf die Nordsee, vom Zimmer aus, sowie vom Restaurant. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, hilfsbereit. Einige Renovierungen sind nötig z. B. Aufzug und die Flure. Die Zimmer und das Restaurant sind sehr gemütlich, großzügig und renoviert. Ich würde jeder Zeit wieder hier buchen.

Das Hotel hat leider seine besten Tage hinter sich. Unser Zimmer war ohne Bilder und Teppich und deswegen nicht wohnlich. Spiegellicht im Bad ging nur auf einer Seite. Fliesen in der Dusche lose, Fugen an vielen Stellen im Bad nicht mehr vorhanden. Bett durchgelegen. Gang zum Zimmer dunkel und das trotz Absatz mit 3 Stufen. Modriger Geruch. Personal freundlich, Frühstück umfangreich und gut. Wir würden es aber bei so einem Preis nicht mehr buchen.

Letztes Jahr waren wir schwer begeistert. Dieses Jahr entsprach die Zimmerreinigung leider nicht einmal unseren Vorstellung. Dennoch ist die Lage des Hotels und auch der Ausblick vom Restaurant/Bar hervorragend.

Betten etwas durchgelegen. Schrank und Abdeckung der Gardine leicht beschädigt. Verschluss vom Fenster in Funktion eingeschränkt. Wirklich störend war, dass der Siphon der Dusche morgens trocken wurde und sich dadurch unangenehme Gerüche im Bad ausbreiten konnten.
