Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und geräumig. Der Balkon zur Straße war total windgeschützt und dadurch sehr angenehm. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sowie beim Frühstück waren unheimlich freundlich, wir durften unser Gepäck viel früher abstellen, nach dem Check out auch stehen lassen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und alles frisch und fein gemacht. Da gibt es überhaupt nichts. Die Betten waren zur Außenseite etwas durchgelegen, die könnte man mal erneuern. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden!

Die Öffnungszeiten des Wellnessbereichs waren für ein solches Hotel sehr schlecht, ebenfalls wurde das Wasser im Hotelzimmer leider nicht wirklich heiß. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht, könnte aber besser geschult sein in Sachen Hygiene und Service im Restaurantbereich.

Die Comfortsuite war ungemütlich. Der Fernseher war unbrauchbar, da nur Netflix und kein öffentliches Fernsehen zu empfangen war. Der Techniker war dabei hilflos. Sehr enttäuschend.
