Cabin on a working homestead in Heron, Mt. " Heifer, Pork and Pecker Farm"
10/10 Excellent
"This place is off the beaten track but it is lovely and woodsy and farm-y. The cabin was comfortable with all modern conveniences. Open plan so everyone needs to go to bed at the same time. Chickens, cows, pigs and a garden were entertaining. Great deck for relaxing with cornhole and horseshoes. It was very peaceful with no traffic noise. A real Montana experience. Loved it. As you leave the main highway, be sure you have all your information because you are going to lose cell coverage. We stopped at the Local Store in Heron and got on their wifi to pull up the cabin door code."

"Great place to enjoy Montana away from the city! Host was excellent, great communication and made sure we had everything we needed and provided recommendations for what we were looking to do. The cabin is great with plenty of sleeping space. The outdoor areas offer multiple places to cook and enjoy the great weather along with a fire in the evening! We would definitely stay again."
"Staff was great. Nice bar/restaurant at the hotel. Good coffee shop as well. Rooms were clean and decorated nicely. Convenient little grocery store across the street. Hotel store has alot of cool stuff and Montana related merchandise. No issues and the staff was accommodating. My family and I have stayed here numerous times throughout the years and it gets better each time"
