A room just for you

Retreat, relaxation, and inspiration await you at the Polchow rectory. Our Brombeerstube is on the first floor and, with its timber framing and cozy furnishings, offers a sense of security. Your private bathroom is right next door under the roof. You also have access to spacious shared areas on the first floor and ground floor, including a kitchen and dining room. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. A refrigerator is also available on the first floor. There is plenty of space to unwind, relax, walk, cycle, or take trips to the sea or nearby lakes. The room faces east with a view of the church garden and an 800-year-old linden tree. In the morning, birdsong will wake you. The property is surrounded by old trees, and at night you can enjoy a clear, starry sky without light pollution.

Retreat, inspiration, valuable time. Our garden house (former sexton’s house) is available exclusively for you – with a view of our beautiful natural and parish garden, where you can also relax. Here you will find space and time for yourselves and your recovery. You can go hiking, walking, cycling, or birdwatching. Our parish house is located between the Baltic Sea and the lake district in the Mecklenburg park landscape, only 500 meters from the protected Griever Holz forest.



Several times a year, creative retreats and workshops take place. Yoga, massages, writing prompts, and other activities can be booked at any time, some for an additional fee. You can also make your own herbal oil. Parking is available on our property.
