Stay for Valentine's Day at The Summit - Wifi and Hot Tub! - Callaway Gardens

This beautiful log cabin, with gorgeous pine flooring is the star of the area with modern upgrades. Relax outside on the porch, in the jacuzzi, or around the fire pit with a glass of complementary wine. Pike's Peak has a fully stocked kitchen to prepare full meals for the family. This beautifully cabin is located in a picturesque setting, perfect for enjoying a quiet evening on the front porch, or grilling on the charcoal grill. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Nestled in the Appalachian Mountain Range. Rustic Star sits in a quiet area between Pine Mountain and Warm Springs. An hour and a half from Downtown Atlanta, 45 mins from Columbus, Ga (home of Ft. Moore) and Auburn, AL.

-Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain, Ga with golf, hiking trails, scenic gardens, full service spa, Robin Beach Lake, The Butterfly Center, zip lining and more.

We are a privately owned home and are not part of the Mountain Top Inn and Resorts. Therefore, our guests do not have access to their amenities such as: the swimming pool any other common areas.

Oh my gosh! I cannot recommend a sport more highly. Perfect location and so much value for the money. It was perfect for our family for out annual trip to Callaway Gardens. This was the first year we didn’t stay o.site and we will never stay onside again. The beauty of this location the wonderful home-iness of the house and the amazing hosts that provided beverages and were very responsive before and during our stay. This spot really mDe our vacation even more memorable. We will be back!!!

I thought I had been "communicating" with someone the whole time from the moment of booking but realized after check-in that "Justin and Christy" may not even exist! It was an auto-bot that was set to send several messages before and during the stay. I know this because we left after only 2 hours of being there and I no one responded to me about this. The cabin had a "vibe" when we first walked in --- there were 2 wine glasses on the table with a bottle of wine, a red heart shaped bathtub in the master bedroom, and a book on "relationships" sitting on the dresser. We had provided information that a family of 4 was coming for a birthday and anniversary celebration. I don't think any of my messages were ever read by anyone. There was a dead fly in the bathtub and when I tried to rinse it down the drain the faucet would not shut off until we kept playing with the knobs to get them just in the right place. The dining table was sticky. The bathroom towels tucked under the sink had seen better days. Overall the cabin was dark and seemed bigger in the photos. We left after a TICK fell from the ceiling and landed on my shoulder. We did not want to stay after that (family member had a severe case of Lyme disease a few years ago) so we cleaned up and let them know through VRBO app. No one responded! All their messages state "we want a 5-star rating so feel free to contact us in VRBO or at numbers below", but there were never any numbers to call. Poorly managed.

Beautiful Cabin

Had a great time beautiful cabin except you can’t enjoy the swing in the front nor the patio on the back due to flies and mosquitoes so I recommend installing a reversible fan in both locations where you have the single light, also install tvs in the bedrooms.

Honeymoon layover, great stay!

Me and my wife stayed here for two days between our wedding and our flight for the honeymoon. We had a wonderful, but short stay! Would highly recommend for romantic getaways. Check in was easy, and the cabin was very accessible.

Peaceful Pines

It was a very peaceful place to stay and visit with our son for a few days. Waking with the birds in the morning and enjoying a dip in the hot tub in the evening were refreshing. Would stay here again.

The Summit

We had a great stay at The Summit cabin. Everything was as per the photos, communication was easy and check in and out easy. It's in a nice area, very peaceful to sit on the back porch or in the hot tub and look at the trees. Great for a break to get away and recharge. Hosts are super helpful with recommendations of things to do/places to eat. Definitely stay again.

Awesome family get away

My sister and her family are moving far away, so we wanted a weekend get away before they leave. She had never visited the little White House. We enjoyed the location and the house was very cute, we didn’t have enough time to enjoy everything the house has to offer. It was perfect for all of us. Great memories were made.

GREAT STAY/COMMUNICATION

Justin and Christy were excellent hosts......it was the weekend of the blizzard of 2025 so he gave me a heads up on the hill that may have ice. This was much appreciated...switched from the car to the 4 WD immediately. It is pet friendly which is always a plus...we don't travel without them. Overall great little get away.**I would just add to your restaurant/entertainment listing. We got steaks from Cowboy Town about 5 miles up the road....they have live bands as well on weekends.

Great place

All around great place and perfect size for our family. Hot tub and fire pit for making s’mores was a hit for the kids. Not a far drive to callaway gardens and other attractions. We would stay here again.

Exceptional Cabin!

The perfect spot to just get away! The cabin was absolutely perfect. It has everything you could need to stay in and cook, which we did the 1st night. The location is easy to find. Hosts are great at communication. The complimentary wine was a nice addition. We will definitely be back many more times!
