"Great hotel and vibes for a weekend get away. I will have to do a "re-stay""

"Microwave caught on fire so had to switch rooms. And due to flooding there was no breakfast other thanal a spunk Myer muffin and coffee. Hard uncomfortable beds and extremely low toilets. "

"Was concerned when a train passed thru on backside upon arrival but never saw or heard another. Room was clean and comfortable. Only drawback was no soap except in shower, which was liquid body wash in a dispenser on wall. The body wash, shampoo & conditioner did all smell good. I would stay again."

"I had an issue with hot water. They sent maintenance in and it was still a hit or miss I had traveled all night and once I checked in, I was unable to take a warm shower I had to wait an hour, and the water was still cold I also had an issue with a strange man coming and knocking on my door at about 4 -5 o’clock in the morning. He said he needed to get something out of the room. Once looking out the peep hole and I did not notice him. I told him I was not opening the door to give him anything and he finally left. I was in this hotel by myself with my children. This was a scary situation. Between this situation and having very little hot water to take a shower or even wash my face in the morning was a bit much for me. Not sure if I will ever return to this site again. I have been in Hilton Honors member for quite some time, and this is not the quality that I choose to pay for. "
