Great Home Base in the Lake George Area

This house is setup perfectly for larger groups looking for a clean and comfortable stay in the Lake George area. The location is great for getting to nearby attractions, but also has plenty of amenities on the property. The attention to detail that Gary puts into the setup does not go unnoticed!

Great House

This is a great house to enjoy the slopes at Gore - an easy 25 minute drive away House was clean, game room was a blast with the kids, hot tub was clean and warm when we arrived. The owner of the house communicated very well and was easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Family getaway

Great Property!!

This property was great for our stay in the area. The property is well maintained with plenty of activities around the house with the outdoor features and game room inside. The property is also close to local attractions. Check in process was very easy with good communication from the property manager. Will consider again when visiting this area in the future.

Wonderful week in ADK!

My family and I had a great week away at this property! It had everything a family of all ages could need. The outdoor spaces were perfect and the house was super clean with everything we needed. Communication all throughout the process with the property owner was clear and prompt.We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Great Property

We loved this property. The grandkids always had something to do. They loved the backyard mini-golf, swimming pool and pickle ball. The gazebo in the wooded area was their place to play board games. The location ws great. Close to Lake George for water fun, extreme high ropes course is nearby, and tubing down the Hudson was my favorite. A wonderful vacation spot.

Warrensburg Weekwnd

We had an awesome time , the house was more impressive then shown in the photos that were given. Gary was with out a doubt the best host we have ever rented from. There was absolutely nothing we needed that was not supplied. I would highly recommend this house to anyblarge group looking to relax and just enjoy themselves

Family vacation

Had a great time at Gary’s! He went out of his way to accommodate our requests (we enjoyed taking a dunkin’ the pool). Having everything right at the house helped make our stay super relaxing. We didn’t have to get in the car or plan a trip into town for family activities. House was clean, spacious, had anything we needed. We HIGHLY recommend!

Great time

We visited Lake George with our two daughters' families. Four grandsons, including two infants. There was a lot to do both at the property and in the area. The house is big enough for multiple families, and the host has thought of everything you could possibly need. The kids loved all the activities, and we loved that they were engaged all the time. Beautiful pool, game room and back yard (for the babies to explore). Highly recommend for visiting the Lake George area!

An amazing place

The house was very clean and nothing is missing. Many activities are offered on site. Despite the bad weather, we had an exceptional weekend. The house manager responded promptly to all our requests. For about thirty years, we have renting a house for the Columbus weekend, and this house is certainly one of the most appreciated by our group. I highly recommend it.

Nailed it again!!

This was our 3rd year spending Thanksgiving at Echo Lane and once again, EVERYTHING was perfect!! A little snow on the golf course didn’t deter us from our annual tournament with a new course record of 18 being set. Gary is an amazing host who takes great pride in his property. He is readily available to answer any questions you may have, and makes you feel like family! This will continue to be our home of choice for our family Thanksgiving celebration.

Second year, awesome family vacation

The property is clean, well maintained and the AC is awesome. The bedrooms are spacious and numerous letting our family of mixed ages stay comfortably. The pool area with the canopy covering the chairs was amazing for the baby and for those who don’t want to be in direct sun. The mini golf challenges and pickle ball tournaments caused a rumble in all good fun. Gary is a wonderful host and was a text away for any of our needs. This property is A+ for my family and for any family deciding to visit Lake George. Our family is looking forward to our third year at Gary’s house. ii is the place to stay in Lake George.

Everything you need in one place

We had such a great time this past weekend in October. We have stayed at Gary’s once prior with family and decided this was a perfect place to bring our friends with children. Fenced in with everything you could need in one place was key with the little ones! Gate lock for the pool area for safety. Kitchen very well stocked as well as he provided extra garbage bags and supplies : such as soap, dish detergent, towels, and mini shampoo and conditioner. The bedroom sizes were large and comfortable for all. Loved that linens were provided l. Will be coming back again

Annual NYE Celebration

We had a wonderful 3 night stay! The unseasonably warm temps meant no snow on the ground to play in, so we kept busy playing foosball, air hockey, ping pong, pool, mini golf, and basketball! The firepit outdoors was great and when we couldn't quite figure out the fireplace indoors, Gary was over within 5 minutes to help us. Kitchen was well-equipped to cook for and eat with 12 adults. Beds were super comfortable and this crew of middle-aged ladies slept like rocks. Comfortable furniture, easy location, great host, excellent water pressure in the showers, and delightfully hot water in the hot tub. We had a great stay!

Vacation house with a lot of room

House is large and roomy with fun outdoor activities including a full sized pool. There is a nice game room in the basement with laundry setup in basement too. Definitely in a neighborhood setting so if you are looking for water front property this is not it. We had a boat that we took to nearby lakes and that gave us opportunities to fish and to do some tubing. Definitely need to plan to travel to get to a beach if you want water activities as part of your summer vacation with this rental.

Great property!

We had an extended family visit at this property, with 7 kids and adults. Everyone loved the house! It had so many amenities that kept us busy during the day, rain or shine as well at night. For a big group, we had the opportunity to eat dinner together every night because of the long table on the deck with the retractable awning. There was enough space for us to separate and do our own things as well. The property is kept up with and in a quiet neighborhood, close to tons of things within 20 minutes. Gary was very informative on arrival and open to communication through out the trip. 10 out of 10! We would highly recommend this place to everyone...

Excellent stay with friends and family

We stayed at this house (on Vrbo, it was called “NEW-2024 Private Pickleball Court!”) three weeks ago during the holiday weekend and while visiting the surrounding area and Gore Mountain for skiing. It was comfortable, clean, and full of amenities. The kitchen had everything you would need and we cooked easily several times a day. Our kids were kept busy and spent most of the time playing in the basement’s entertainment room which had pool and ping pong tables, TVs, couches and more. The jacuzzi was clean and well maintained. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, fully stocked, and conveniently located throughout the house. The owner was very approachable, professional, and easily reachable for questions and suggestions. I would highly recommend this house to rent. We are looking forward to going there soon again!

Amazing Family Weekend Stay!

Staying at this property was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The attention to detail and cleanliness of the property made it not just a place to stay, but definitely a memorable experience. The living area was roomy and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The location was perfect, located in a quiet neighborhood and close enough to easily access local attractions and shopping. We particularly loved the backyard, which offered basketball, pickleball, a fantastic firepit AND minigolf. The secluded screened-in porch off of the minigolf course was a nice find as well! Communication with the host was seamless, and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. It's clear they genuinely care about their guests' comfort. We can't recommend this place enough and look forward to returning on our next visit to the area!

Tea Party Time

Two words...Simply Amazing! This house has everything you could ask for. Our family gathered for our annual girls Tea Party weekend. 16 females from ages 3-85 and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for all. Plus, the two large dining room tables were perfect for our big group. Let's not forget to mention the outside. Hot tub, heated pool, mini golf and pickle ball kept the young busy. I can't say enough and if you're debating booking this place, DON'T! Our host Gary was just as wonderful as well. He met us upon arrival and walked us through everything. He made us feel welcome and at home and we didn't worry about a thing.

Awesome house, we are coming back!

We were met by the Property Manager and when he opened the door we said this is the place! Great AC temperature, extremely clean and spacious with a very relaxing vibe. Bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone their own space. Outside the family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the competition in mini golf was a daily event. Gary extends every courtesy for a wonderful family vacation. I give it 5+++ stars. If I were to find just one thing to change, it would be the heavy garbage can cover in the kitchen! As you can tell, everything else was perfect. Thanks Gary and Jeremy!

Perfect Ski Weekend

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house was exactly as described with every amenity that we could think of. Gary keeps everything very clean and well stocked. This was our group's 7th annual ski weekend trip and choosing this property was definitely a good choice. There was plenty of space for all of us to relax and the 2 dining room tables were wonderful at mealtime. The bedrooms were also very spacious and comfortable.The game room was the best one we have ever had in a rental. Lots of space and plenty of games to choose from. No one ever had to wait their turn as there was plenty to do. Perfect for a competitive bunch!Gary was extremely responsive to any question that I had and was available for whatever we needed. There was a good sized snowstorm while we were there, and he was great at making sure the driveway was plowed for us.Definitely one of our favorite houses and we will keep it in mind when we book our next trip.
