All the staff that we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. They even got us out of a jam when we needed a corkscrew for our wine. The drive into Herman was not an issue at all and we have already talked about wanting to come back."

"Beautiful scenery! Chalet was fun, clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The outdoor space is beautiful with deck space, the private beach, lakeside fire pit, and kayaks. The area was quiet and very peaceful. We enjoyed watching deer from the lakeside fire pit and all the peace from the surrounding nature. Michael was responsive and accommodating throughout the process. We have already recommended to a few friends and family. "
