Historic top notch hotel

The hotel is beautiful and ideally located.The style was great, and the staff was wonderful. I just wish there were more menu options for dine in. I had a hard time falling asleep nightly, and learned the hotel may be haunted...that would make sense since I felt a constant spiritual presence, but it wasn't threatening at all.

This was by far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in, and we’ve travelled all over Europe and stayed in many excellent 5-star hotels before. We loved Raffles Warsaw so much that we rerouted our travel and stayed an extra two nights. The room was large and well appointed and well planned. Every detail had been thought through. It had two storage closets with a cushioned bench between them, long enough for two suitcases. The closet area is located behind the wall, so it doesn’t distract from the serenity of the room. We had two large windows with wide windowsills. Great bed linens and towels. Lights are positioned where you need them. Amazing room service with excellent menu. Concierge and front desk were helpful and dignified. If we asked any staff member how to find something in the hotel, they would not just tell us but take us there. Buffet breakfast had the best ingredients: fresh berries, gravlax and turbot, breakfast meats, homemade yoghurt, eggs any style. All in a beautiful setting. We will surely stay at Raffles Evropejski again and will look for Raffles in other places.
