I appreciated the early check-in call after my morning flight—very considerate. The staff also allowed me to cancel without penalty due to approaching weather in the Northeast, which helped me catch an earlier flight. My initial room was a dump. The manager stepped right in relocated me to a very nice room and I am so very appreciative for his hospitality. This room was very up to par. In addition the manager was extremely kind that made up for the last room.

The parking was easy and convenient, but the hotel felt a bit worn and the first room that we were given had hair on the bathroom counter. They immediately gave us a new room that was clean, so the person working the counter did great. Overall, it was fine. They could do a better job cleaning but everything else was ok.

The staff and breakfast at the hotel were wonderful. The hotel itself was not well maintained and in disrepair. The gym had very few working machines and not many dumbbells, several were missing.
