"Hotel was clean, neat, and today. Staff were friendly. Room was spacious and well prepared however I could not get the air conditioning to work, which ultimately disturbed my sleep. The breakfast was very basic, but that’s a given these days. I can’t remember the last time I stayed in a hotel and was actually impressed by the breakfast offering. The general food on offer was also very limited. I ordered pizza and some chips. The pizza was like a frozen one from a supermarket as were the chips. Very overpriced and poor quality."

"The experience was great. We had an issue with the room we’d booked and the staff were quick to sort it out. They gave us a free complimentary upgrade to the Executive Room as well as 4x free drinks, 15% off hotel restaurant food and free parking for the duration of our stay. Would definitely stay in this hotel again."

"The room was comfortable and well maintained, a nice touch was the milk and water in the fridge. However the bin had not been emptied and there was someone's used tissues and make up remover pads in there."

"This hotel is in the middle of a conference center surrounded by a university campus. It's a bit of a walk from most of the the train stations but not too bad. It looked like it had a nice breakfast set up but I didn't try it. The price was right, so if you don't mind a few university students playing hacky sack on your way into the building it's perfectly fine."
