"I was expecting a bit nicer place based on the very good review by Google. I found the place pretty wore down. The tiles in bathroom broken, stained carpets, chair arms really worn/dirty. Ants were in bathroom but it’s spring and that happens to the best of places during spring. The office front door Didnt open all the way as something must have warped. The set up was weird in the room for the TV to be on the side wall so very difficult for two people to lie in bed to watch TV. The wifi was not functioning at all. The staff allowed me to hook into the office one but the signal dropped by the time I got to our room. The office was still closed at 9 am when we left. Just a really run down mom and dad motel. It was pretty inexpensive but I was still let down. "

"Accomodation was what we needed for our stay..... Clean and had everything it said it was going to have. Close to the beach.Very poor customer service. Our stay coincided with an event happening and the ad for the place said absolutely no events. Property manager was unprofessional and did not keep the complaint anonymous which made for an uncomfortable stay.Set up of the even could have been better planned."

"The cabin was quiet and in a great location close to the main beach. Had a good sleep. Also, enjoyed the kitchen that had a full size fridge and oven. And the shared bbq was clean and in a nice common location with tables.We brought our own towels, toilet paper, paper towel as per the listing suggests."

"Rented this cottage for a few days with my daughter and two granddaughters. Upon arrival in the kitchen area there were three dinner plates and two other plates about three mugs. Outside two chairs to sit outside. This location is basically a parking lot with two rows of cottages on it, there is no green space if you want to sit outside you’re sitting on the hot pavement. There was a picnic table. The premises are very small outdated not that clean. We did not stay as this place was not suitable at all for a family who wanted to enjoy a few days together. The so-called five minute walk to the beach was unrealistic. Unless you were 20 years old and extremely fit and you could race walk. Not suitable at all for myself a senior citizen with some limited mobility. We did contact the host upon arrival advising that we wanted to cancel. We have raised the issue as a dispute with vrbo "

"Cute little cottage with a great location Looks over the river, nice deck and patio. The host info is incorrect- had to ask neighbours for owners contact info to get in. Vrbo needs to change host contact info. "
