Breakfast was functional, but a little disappointing and sparse. The room was fine, the HVAC worked very well. It was great to have a refrigerator, microwave, and cooktop.

The room was neat but no coffee machine. This is a must for me. Also, the continental breakfast is just cereal and toast, should have more, fresher options...

The room A/C could keep a polar bear happy. Could use some towel hangers in the bathroom. Fridge was large and crazy cold, but there was no freezer. The "breakfast" was kinda lacking. Everyone on the Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a decent hotel in not the greatest neighborhood. Tons of places to eat within walking distance. Close to the Metro system. Saved us from having to stay in DC.

I don't need anything fancy and as long as a place is clean, I don't need many amenities. This was the most affordable location for me near DC. It does look a little shoddy from the outside, the rooms themselves are clean enough, I wished the walls were better maintained (painted better, etc) and the lights were brighter in the bathroom. Breakfast is basic, all packaged foods and no protein. My biggest gripe is the mattress. They were so soft that you sink into it. It desperately needed to be replaced. I got no sleep at all the days I stayed :( The staff is super super nice and helpful though. If you need anything, they're always willing to help.

Elevator was broken. Handicapped friends were put on the 2nd floor. Breakfast buffet was a joke. Little containers of orange juice that tasted horrible. No other juices, only other drink was coffee which I don't drink. Basically your options were cereal or bread. No bagels, muffins, waffles, Danish, etc. In our shower there was a shower head on a hose, but no place to hang it up. Also no decent places close to hotel to eat. We walked around, some were closed, some smelled really bad. Ended up having dinner at a Subway.

It looked like the rooms are recently renovated and modern looking. Everything in the room was nice and clean considering the price of the hotels in the area. The outside looked run down though.

The place was clean and the beds comfy. We had 2 rooms and in the first room, the tub faucet leaked and the ac worked but didn’t get too cold. Then we had a leak in the ceiling from the room above so they moved us to the 3rd floor where the ac unit was brand new and worked awesome and the room was nicer with no faucet leaks.

Stains on the sheets. Elevator was broken. Water was being turned off in the morning. Large crack under the door allowing all of the humidity into the room making everything wet unless you turned the air down under 65. Staff was friendly when I was able to find them. I would avoid this place.
