The service was good, the staff and everything else was excellent. However, they need to be better prepared for snow because it took 24 hours for me to be able to get my car out, and I had to stay an extra night at another place. My complaint is: I chose this hotel because it had a swimming pool, but it wasn't working during my stay. Therefore, it shouldn't appear in the search results or there should be a notice indicating that it's unavailable.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room was pleasant to be in and very clean. The next time I am out that way I plan on staying at the same place. Thank you for a great time. The only bummer was the pool was out of order.
