This hotel's in a great location right next to the Metro stop for the area. Lots to do within walking distance and great restaurants just a couple blocks away. There are some municipal parking garages nearby, operated by Montgomery County, I recommend parking there as it'll save you some money.

The hotel was in a great location for our needs. Bethesda Row was in walking distance, the Metro station in basically onsite. The only issue that we had was with Expedia offering a room with breakfast included, this hotel doesn't offer a breakfast option.

Property was clean. Room was quiet. Staff was friendly. Those are the positives. Here are the negatives: pillows were too thin, Chromecast wifi was spotty and kept disconnecting, television kept turning itself on even after I turned it off (imagine waking up at 3am with the TV turned on), amenities were poor - unless you like a high end steakhouse - they don't even give free coffee in the lobby (you get lousy k cups in your room), Brown bag deli was closed in the morning I was there for a catering event so there was nothing onsite for breakfast. Room didn't get cold enough at night.

Very professional staff. Very quick response regarding requests for the room. Absolutely will stay again. Parking was interesting as the ramp was under construction and very easy to drive in circles. Parking areas were not very well marked as to which direction to go for a specific level or exit.

The room was mediocre for the price. I thought I was getting a balcony room with fireplace which I didn’t. I received a survey about a balcony room but that’s not what I received. The tv kept cutting off. I was told breakfast was included, but only received a $10 voucher towards breakfast. I won’t stay here again too little for $400.

The first room we were assigned had makeup on one of the pillowcases. Once we informed the front desk our room was changed immediately. The only downside was the breakfast at options. The restaurant the at the restaurant that offered the breakfast was very slow due to only one person working there. There was an option to purchase coffee and pastries in the lounge of the hotel. The service was excellent and the pastries were very good.

First of all, I did not get the room I booked, wanted a higher room with King Size bed. Felt disappointed. I had breakfast included in the package, I was just offered a voucher to go buy the food. They did not have any cafeteria / buffet for guesses? Another disappointment. Phone inside the room was little complicated and no one answers when you called. I don't recommend this place. This whole experience kinda mess up my day.

My stay at the Hyatt regency Bethesda was okay. The room was nice but there was no fan in the bathroom which created a muggy smell in the room and heavy humidity. The parking garage is $30 per night which I think is kinda ridiculous. The breakfast was good but it wasn’t completely free…a voucher was given by the front desk $10 per person but only enough for 1 breakfast. The incidental fee was $200 ($100/a night) that’s something needed to be informed prior to booking. The parking garage was hard to navigate there were so many different signs to do different things as in park and exit pointing in the same direction. There was also construction ongoing for a new restaurant to be opened in the spring which created loud noise through the entire hotel from 8:00am-5:00pm on a Saturday. Completely ridiculous. If there’s gonna be loud noise during my stay at least I could get a free breakfast each morning of my stay. Overall the inside of the hotel was nice and the staff were extremely friendly. There’s also a onsite Morton’s that I didn’t know of until I entered the hotel.
