"My stay at Nita by VO was absolutely amazing. I've never had such hospitality. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the manager and staff. They were literally waiting for us to arrive. We arrived pretty late, so the manager let us get some rest and said we could handle all the paperwork the next day. The manager was always available and could be easily contacted through WhatsApp. He got our breakfast orders every day. We were scheduled to come down at a certain time, and every time we arrived, our food was waiting for us. He was very informative about excursions and recommended the best places to visit. We took a tuk-tuk to Angkor Wat, and it was such an amazing experience. They also told us about the floating villages. Everything we needed was readily available. I literally requested towels at 10 o'clock, and by 10:01 am, the staff were at the door with towels, rags, tissues, and all the other toiletries we needed. The pool was very nice, and there were life jackets because the water is a little deep. The only thing is that the pool was under construction, so there wasn't a functioning bar; however, the manager used his own personal money to make sure we had beer and liquor. It was amazing. He recommended amazing restaurants; everything was just wonderful, and lastly, we went to the spa; they offered every kind of massage you could think of: Thai, deep tissue, and Swedish. "My stay at Templation was incredible! The facility was beautiful with nice amenities to enjoy during the hot Cambodian afternoons. The bunnies were such a fun addition. The common pool was amazing and the individual pools are a great way to relax with some privacy. The villas were so comfortable and a great way to recharge for sightseeing. The food at the property was very good too! The staff were one of the highlights of the experience. They all are so welcoming and kind, making you comfortable from the moment you arrive. People are friendly and invested in you having a pleasant stay. Tuk tuks are waiting outside to take you anywhere so distance from the city center is no issue. I'm planning on making a trip back just to explore more in the area and enjoy more of such an amazing experience that Templation is able to provide. "
