"A hidden gem that includes the best of 3 worlds: Situated on a private beach on the calm waters of the bay, pristine beach on the Gulf, and a brand new pool on the property. No need to drive anywhere, it’s all here. My family had a blast at this property for our spring break. Well stocked and comfortable, communication was fast and accommodating. We will be back again! "Property was clean and had a great view of the water with about as short of a walk to the beach as you could hope for. Gated access to the complex was simple to navigate and the two parking spots are right next to the stairs and elevator and were easy to get in and out of. We had plenty of space for four adults and two children. Even with a pack and play being setup in one of the bedrooms we were never cramped for space. Overall the property was great and we would look to stay here again if get to make another trip someday."

"Such a great place!! Very spacious and well equipped. Even had an ice maker and all the things for the beach. First time in Pensacola and this area was beautiful. The beach was very private with only a few others out, granted it was March. The house still had a great view despite being back just one row, and still having extremely short walk down the ramp to the beach. Incredible sunrise and sunset. Loved this place. Only draw back - had a minor issue with ants in the laundry room, but other than that, it was an amazing stay. "
