"Mandy and Elizabet were both extremely friendly and helpful! We were unable to stay the last night of our stay and Mandy took care of it! Dining room was very boutique and clean! Property could use a slight improvement, as fresh paint to stairwells, but location was wonderful!!!"

No need to drive anywhere, it’s all here. My family had a blast at this property for our spring break. Well stocked and comfortable, communication was fast and accommodating. We will be back again! "Property was clean and had a great view of the water with about as short of a walk to the beach as you could hope for. Gated access to the complex was simple to navigate and the two parking spots are right next to the stairs and elevator and were easy to get in and out of. We had plenty of space for four adults and two children. Even with a pack and play being setup in one of the bedrooms we were never cramped for space. Overall the property was great and we would look to stay here again if get to make another trip someday."

"Such a great place!! Very spacious and well equipped. Even had an ice maker and all the things for the beach. First time in Pensacola and this area was beautiful. The beach was very private with only a few others out, granted it was March. The house still had a great view despite being back just one row, and still having extremely short walk down the ramp to the beach. Incredible sunrise and sunset. Loved this place. Only draw back - had a minor issue with ants in the laundry room, but other than that, it was an amazing stay. "

"Almost the first day I was outside waiting because I never received the code to get in the gate since they message several times and I never got a response end up calling the emergency line in finally the person held me and got the code had an infant child with me so that was very difficult and also very unprofessional so for my first day I never really stayed in place besides just to sleep but still I paid for that day I think that was very unfair post is never responded back to me until the other person got in contact with him again I took several messages no response"

"Our stay was great! The area feels very laid-back and relaxed. Traffic during the 4th of July was a bit heavy, so we had to wait at times, but overall it wasn’t too bad. There are lots of family activities to do in the area. The facility itself was excellent—the kids loved the pool, and the view from the balcony was beautiful."
