"Children had fun in the hotel. None of the third party websites I saw had the waterpark package available. The hotels website also has a pool listed as an amenity but it is not, you have to pay separate for the waterpark. The cleanliness and state of furniture was poor. Bathroom had chips all over counter, shower wall was stained, bedding was stained, AC made loud horrible sound. "Property very nice, but next to the property outside by parking lot, every day for 3 days we were there , there were homeless, and drug addicts laying in the grass by parking lot, one of them even asked me to call 911 because he OD."

"I do not recommend anyone staying here the desk clerk is very rude clearly doesn't like her job plus they charged me over $500 dollars for a two day stay that we didnt even stay there and had no power! "Room 301 has a musty smell. Front desk knew about the smell but still sold the room to us and I’m sure other visitors. They said that they have shampoo the carpet but cannot determine where the smell is coming from. Their solution was to try and offer a $20 credit, which I denied and cancelled my entire reservation with them. Front desk also mentioned that it’s only that room and no other rooms in the hotel, supposedly."
