We stayed for one night and was exactly as expected, clean rooms, nice breakfast. Only downside was you had to pay £12 for parking. Recommend if finding somewhere to stay for Harry Potter tour!

The rooms were lovely, very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. Great location for access to the railway station. The only downside was that check-in was at 2, but one of our rooms wasn't ready until 2.45, so we had to wait around for a while.
