Absolutely awful. Turned away by rude and aggressive manager because I arrived after 10 PM. He kept shouting, "Read the contract! Read the contract!" I ended up driving around until the fourth place I tried had an open room. I strongly recommend that you strike this location from your service; but, if you leave it up, I strongly recommend to anyone considering staying here that they strongly reconsider.

This was the cheapest hotel I could find, so I didn’t have high expectations to start. I expected this to be similar to a motel 6 or other economy hotel. I just needed a clean bed and a safe space for my stay, that was it. Mouse dropping on 2nd bed (there was a gap on the door that they bacon get through), bug on bed (no signs of bed bugs), moldy odor from corner of room (signs of water damage), door was so warped that deadbolt would not latch, while I believe towels and linens were laundered/clean the towels were stained and had bark/debris stuck on the terry cloth and bed covers had cigarette holes. Pros.., had working ac and hot water. 2nd bed did not have any signs of bugs or mice. I arrived at 3am and had a wedding the next day… I literally had a back to back schedule and did not have the time nor energy to try to resolve with the hotel or hotels.com I wrapped myself in in my robe used my clothes as the best shield I could for my own sanity. I would expect hotels.com to only do business with hotels the meet the bare minimum requirements of safety, health, and cleanliness. This room was absolutely not it.

Horrible property. Looked like I stepped back in the 50’s. Scared of bed bugs. Would have rather slept in my car. Everything out of date. So many repairs are needed. Kept heater on 80 like to froze to death.

The property was dirty, people sitting in doorways, some people live there. The bedspread had burn holes, and dirty, bathroom shower curtain had mold on it, tiles in ceiling had holes, the chair was so dirty it was a green but it was black from the dirt. The power plug for the air-conditioner was un safe hanging out of wall. ( should have reported it to the fire department and health department ). they refused to give back any of the money. DO TO THE CONDITION OF THE ROOM THIS BEING MY FIRST TIME TO USE YOUR COMPANY I'M VERRY DISSAPIONTED BY YOUR COMPANY AND I WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN. The picture is not the way the room looked

NO HOT WATER

I have stayed in a lot of hotel and some under par but this was worst. I paid almost a hundred dollars to have to wait 15min for the water to get hot and my husband could not take a shower because there was not hot water. We only had 3 towels for 2 people and the smell was sicking. I am glad I brought my Lysol. I never do ever do reviews. But we were so disappointed. The only reason we stayed was it was for one night and all the other hotels was book because of the big football weekend. The customer services was also disappointing.

This is an older property with tons of charm. It's like stepping back in time when you stay there. That being said, there were a few issues: The bathroom door would not close all the way, there were only 3 pillows for 2 guest in a king size bed, no ice machine on the premises, TV not in HD. Was fine for a different experience and a one night stay. Proprietors were very friendly and hospitable. Easy walking distance to Sheetz Convenience store and gas station. Excellent Mexican restaurant next door.

Clean motel and so nice when we checked in. Hot water didn't work well. Took forever to get warm then faded in and out from cold to super hot. Beds and pillows were not the most comfortable but were clean. Would recommend better quality towels and more than 2 in the room.
