Peacefully quiet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown areas, but still only minutes from awesome restaurants and shopping. The landscaping was meticulous. The rooms were a dream and the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on (and I’ve traveled extensively). We had plenty of everything needed for an enjoyable stay. They even surprised us with a bottle of champagne for our Anniversary. We’ll definitely be back!

It is such a unique place. I can't recall ever being able to literally walk 30 steps to the putting green or being able to drive your cart right in front of your room. The course is great and very challenging but the best part were the employees. Everyone we came into contact from Dwayne the Director of golf to Jenn the bartender to Mandy the membership contact, all of them very professional, personable and helpful. We will definitely be back.

A bone!!

A bone!! No frills outbuilding on the Golf course. It is not a resort nor a hotel a mere 4 room building they call a hotel. Your sinks are in your bedroom really weird! Old and dirty cobwebs on the ceilings! The view I must was beautiful and that’s it!!

The hotel ground and restaurant were all locked up, we tried for 2 hours to reach someone at the location, and left several message. There was no emergency number, and oh, did i mention that it was in the middle of a snowstorm, at night? We contacted hotels.com and they also could not reach them. luckily, we were able to snag the last room at a best western nearby. After all of that, the hotel refused to refund us for the stay.

Very nice staff.

The room was very nice and my relatives who were visiting enjoyed the pool and continental breakfast that was served in the room. I was unsure as to where to check-in as there are multiple buildings but when I called the number a staff member came to me and was very helpful. It is close to downtown Waynesville and about 30-40 minutes to Asheville. There was a bit of an older crowd there, so it is a nice quiet place.

It was in an amazinly beautiful location and all the people we met, staff, etc. were very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the inability to reach staff when we needed them. Housekeeping has no direct contact number. We kept going to the golf shop and he would arrange for what we needed by getting in touch for us

What a find in Waynesville! We will stay here from now on whenever we come to Waynesville. Location was quiet and within minutes to everything. Room was clean, private, and included a great continental breakfast. She’ll, the General Manager was so helpful! Beautiful property and ammenities.

A real gem!

Laurel Ridge is a class act all the way around! The venue is amazing. Very beautiful and amazing service from the staff. The food is delicious! The hotel rooms were luxurious and clean. Very comfortable! Will definitely stay there again.

Best Getaway Ever

Highly recommend this beautiful Stay and Play! We found the rooms charming and comfortable! The golf course is beyond spectacular with the views and conditions of the course. The staff was warm and friendly from the moment we checked in. Everything was taken care of from our daily continental breakfast in our room each day to golf carts at our door each morning. We will be coming back for a future stay.

Great Hospitality

We had a great stay at Laurel Ridge Country Club. We spent three nights there in August of 2018. Shell contacted us prior to our stay with significant information about the area which helped us plan, personally greeted us upon arrival, and remained available if needed during our stay. He even carried a high chair to a local restaurant for us prior to our arrival because he knew they didn't have any. There was a pack-and-play for our infant son. The rooms and facilities are clean and hospitality top-notch. The rooms are situated in a quiet area but close to the pool, clubhouse, and tennis courts. The club is very close to Waynesville. You will enjoy your stay at Laurel Ridge. We recommend highly.

50th Anniversary Celebration

Can't say enough kind words of the staff at Laurel Ridge during our stay and celebration of our 50th anniversary! They treated us like royalty and surprised us with a 50th anniversary dessert! The food at the restaurant is gourmet and outstanding! The surrounding area is a bit piece of heaven with its rolling hills and lush greenery! We will definitely come back for another stay!

Laurel Ridge Stay and Play

This was our second stay and play visit. The whole experience, golf, room and dining was very positive. Every one we came in contact with was extremely pleasant and helpful. Staying several days we found not having a microwave in the room was inconvenient. We will return again.

Our cozy cottage at the Laurel Ridge Country Club

We had so much fun staying at the Laurel Ridge Country Club. Our room was very comfortable with dreamy beds and linens. The people at the club were very friendly especially John who welcomed us at a late hour in the evening and was very attentive to details and our comfort. Thanks for a great weekend. We plan to return.
