"This is the hotel I stay at with my dog when I am passing through this area. The staff are nice, easy checkin, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Park right outside of your room. Decent breakfast. Nice area next to the hotel to run or walk your dog. Just an overall nice experience."

"We had such a great time with the farm house. As former residents of the area, we can confirm this is true farm house experience: gravel roads, farm land, sunsets, brief storms, windmills, and a huge bonus backing up to the conservation area. Over our trip we saw so much wildlife from white tail deer, coyotes, a ground hog, bats, a family of raccoons, and a bald eagle.Being rural does mean you need to plan for a few necessities if you aren't used to farm life. the two biggest is first bring bottle water for drinking and cooking since well water in MO is heavily farm influenced but fine for showers/laundry. Second don't skip bug spray on your ankles/shoes if you plan to explore any of the grassy areas because the chiggers will find you lol.House it self is also the real deal, but updated enough to provide a comfortable experience. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots/pans, napkins, trash bags, etc."
