The room was fine, the staff very friendly. I didn’t bother with breakfast because nothing seemed like real nutritious food but then all the US hotels seem to do that now. My first complaint was that I had zero internet in my room and floor the WHOLE time I was there (4 nights). I did alert the front desk but was told 'some days it is like that'. Not good enough. I had to go outside (very cold) to get internet. Very frustrating and I wouldn't stay there again as I was unable to work from the room. My second complaint was that guests are expected to drink out of paper and plastic cups even in the dining area, another US hotel practice that is annoying.
I alerted another member of staff when checking out and she said she would report it and that they had upgraded their wifi/internet a month ago.
