"This property was perfect for our long weekend stay. It was clean and well supplied. Spacious kitchen and dining area with modern appliances. Beds were comfortable and showers with good water pressure. Our host was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. Location was very close to shopping / grocery stores in Matthews, NC & 30 minutes to downtown Charlotte. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Husband and teen stayed at this property for a week while in town for hockey. The owners are very nice, and the rental is clean and comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood with little traffic, which was good for remote work when teen was at hockey camp. Good grocery store close by. Will definitely book again when in town next time. "

"We were in town for a family gathering and this place fit the bill. There were 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and pet friendly. I highly recommend. I didn’t have any contact after checking in because everything was set for us. We will be back! This is an annual trip so hope to stay again next year! Thank you to a great host! "

"The house was cute, cleanish, and a good location for us. We used to live in Marvin before we moved out of state and planned this get away to visit friends. Some issues we had were the front window was open and difficult to lock. The kitchen has 3 sinks which was interesting. When you hit the disposal on the main sink water would then shot out of the other sink. I won’t even speak of the smell when this happened!! The kitchen was not equipped fully. There was a trash bag of clothes in one of the bedroom closet with ugg slippers. Not sure if someone left it or was living in the house. A very uneasy experience. All in all expected a bit more for the area we were in. "
