"The hotel grounds are beautiful. The staff are all very helpful. The pools are gorgeous and food and beverage service around the pools is excellent. My only gripe is the absolutely out of control room service and parking charges. The hotel includes gratuities, service fees, and tax to everything. A pot of coffee from room service is listed as $20. In reality the final bill was $28 and change. And $48 valet parking fees per night. So while the resort keeps their accommodation fees reasonable they really put the screws to you after check in. Budget a lot of extra money if you plan to hang around the resort swimming, eating and drinking."
