The Space:

Welcome to Brightside Retreat, a two-story home designed for comfort and connection. The open-concept great room is the heart of the home, featuring a magnificent floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, soaring ceilings, and a wall of windows that flood the space with natural light and offer views of the surrounding forest.



A fully equipped kitchen with a large island opens into a vaulted dining room, making it perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together.



Sleeping Arrangements:

- Main Level: Primary suite with its own private access to the deck and an en-suite bathroom with a relaxing jetted tub.

- Upstairs: Three additional bedrooms and a separate bunk room, providing ample space for everyone to rest comfortably.



Entertainment & Work:

- Garage Game Room: Challenge your family and friends to ping pong, foosball, or a basketball arcade game.

- Media Center: Enjoy a movie night with our collection of DVDs or revisit classic games on the Xbox and Super Nintendo Emulator.

- Dedicated Workspace: For those needing to stay connected or work remotely, a comfortable workspace is available.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full and private access to the entire home, including all interior spaces, the garage game room, and the outdoor deck. Check-in is simple and convenient with a smart lock; your unique access code will be provided before your arrival. Driveway parking is included with your stay.

Other Things to Note:

Please respect neighborhood quiet hours from 10:00 PM–7:00 AM, as this is a residential community with long-term residents.

Street and garage parking are prohibited.

Yard is not fenced so pets will need to be leashed.

Dogs are welcome with a $100 per pet fee. Cats are not permitted.

Commercial activity including filming are not permitted.

A car is recommended for getting around and chains may be required to drive up to Government Camp and higher elevations of Mt Hood.

We respect our guests' privacy and aim to provide a seamless, uninterrupted stay. We will not be present on the property, but we are always available via the app or by phone if you have any questions or need assistance during your visit.
