The cottage is bright and welcoming offering superb views from the patio area. It is conveniently accessible to Exmoor, Dartmoor, North & South coasts, National Trust properties and theme parks. Walkers can enjoy opportunities to explore the area on foot with footpaths and lanes leading from the cottage linking into nearby farmland, forests & wildlife reserves. Idyllically situated yet aptly described by one visitor as being 'in the middle of everywhere' it provides a restful haven to return to after a day out.
Enter the character property from the level, gravelled parking area and head into the large kitchen/dining area with a country feel perfect for family meal times. The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob and double oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Nespresso Krupps coffee machine and DAB radio. From the kitchen/diner head towards the heart of the property, the lounge. This room benefits from patio doors that open out onto the patio area with stunning views. There is a wood burner effect electric fire, flatscreen TV with Freeview, DVD player, various books, toys and games. Out of the lounge, the stairs lead up to the first floor where you will find the two bedrooms.
