A few issues couldnt be helped and I understand that. The parking situation and just being isolated by the airport - there isn't a lot you can do about that. That should mean, though, pick up the slack elsewhere. The concierge team were unapproachable, I always felt like an inconvenience when approaching them for parking validation. Never saw any of them smile once. When checking out, I wasn't even talked to. Given the lady was on the phone, I can understand she was trying to serve me and the people on the phone. But she just held her hand out for the keycards, no eye contact and no attempt to even say thank you.
Highlight was the in-house bar and restaurant. The food was a bit overpriced, but was expected, but didn't take away from how nice it was. All the bar staff and servers had excellent customer service. Always friendly and happy, seemed to enjoy being there, which was great. I was only going to go one night of my stay but the positive interactions convinced me to go a second night.
The room was standard but the bed was just two single beds put together so very uncomfortable sleeping experience with a firm, rigid spot where the mattresses met down the literal middle of the bed.
Overall, rather disappointing and probably won't be staying again
